“It's about more than relief from symptoms. It's about living better — with a verve for life.”
With 25+ years of experience and a diplomate in nutrition, Dr. Richard Silver opened Verve in 2022 to bring affordable, convenient, whole-person care to Montgomery County.
A true neighborhood gem for total wellness.
“Dr. Silver is the kind of practitioner you want in your corner — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in full‑body wellness. He offers so much more than adjustments… It truly feels like a holistic approach rather than a quick in‑and‑out appointment. Dr. Silver and his team are the real deal.”
“After dealing with sciatica pain for a long time, I finally have relief thanks to Dr. Silver's adjustments and Bonnie's amazing deep tissue massage. I can't recommend them enough!”
“Had a fall, injured wrist and ribs… went in for an adjustment and already feeling better. I got orthotic inserts here a couple years ago — foot pain went away! Highly recommend.”
“Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I did acupuncture for years and couldn't get my sciatica pain in order until I saw the doctors here. Then the red light is a huge added bonus!”

Yes. Chiropractic removes the postural imbalances and structural misalignments that accumulate in our bodies over time, restoring your own inborn ability to be healthy. By restoring spinal function with adjustments, we remove the nerve interference caused by misaligned vertebrae — allowing your nervous system to function well and your health to improve.
It's not only for back and neck pain. Chiropractic care is an excellent way to keep your body at peak performance through adjustment, nutrition, and overall wellness — and it's been known to help a wide range of conditions, from headaches and hip pain to sciatica and plantar fasciitis.
When a vertebra moves out of its normal position, we call it a subluxation. It can come from something as minor as a slip or bump, or as major as a car accident. A subluxated vertebra puts pressure on the nerves and blood vessels around it, interrupting the messages traveling between your brain and the rest of your body.
An adjustment is a precise movement — by hand or with an instrument — that guides a vertebra back into place. It happens with a quick, usually comfortable motion. You may hear a small pop, called joint cavitation: simply the release of gases like oxygen and nitrogen from the joint. It's a safe, drug-free way to restore proper alignment.
